Separate work
Assessment, inspection, repair, design and installation are different tasks. Unlisted work and additional investigations require agreement; no particular rating or satisfactory inspection outcome is guaranteed.
Payment
Live payments are disabled in this review. The intended route uses hosted Stripe checkout, with server verification before a payment is treated as received. Payment does not itself confirm appointment availability.
Your rights
Applicable statutory consumer rights continue to apply. Obtain the cancellation and early-start information for an actual accepted booking before work begins.
